MONDAY - AUGUST 18, 2025 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Fountain of Youth
Last week of the round. All yoga. This might be my favorite of the three yoga routines. It has a bit of everything, but not too much. I stayed relaxed and took it one move at a time, and that worked well. Partially enjoyable.Start Time: 7:05 pm; Workout Time: 47 minutes; Calories Burned: 180; Avg Heart Rate:93.
