TUESDAY - JUNE 23, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Core Synergistics: MC2
Not great, but better than usual on this one. I had to modify many of the moves, but actually tried a bit on most of them. I consolidated the two Inchworm moves in the bonus round into one move. He uses sliders on his feet. I just walked out and back with my hands and feet six times each. I still don't like the workout, but felt decent afterwards.

WEDNESDAY - JUNE 24, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - V-Sculpt
I did Band Pulldowns instead of Pullups. 16 reps on those. I used 25's on most of the weighted moves and 30's on a few. Started the Strip Set with 30's. Because you are using the bands instead of weights on a lot of moves, it's easy to underestimate this workout, but I like it, and feel it's effective.

THURSDAY - JUNE 25, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Yoga: MC2
Not good. I did better than usual the last two times, so I was a bit optimistic going into it. However, I seemed to be losing my balance early on, and I never seemed to regain it. A bit frustrating, but I'll just move on.
