MONDAY - MAY 25, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Upper Body Balance
Day off of work day (memorial Day), so I got this one done earlier in the day than usual. That felt good. I'm sore as hell, mostly around my abs and lower back. I butchered the Superman V-ups. 20 reps seem to be too many for me. I could barely get my back off the floor. I got in three very lame Impossible Pushups, but I was able to do 20 Four Ball Pushups. They weren't deep, but I did bend my arms a bit. I got some new sneakers last week for the workouts. They are a bit heavier than the Xero Shoes I had been using. I can feel the difference when doing any type of a v-up. Overall, it went well. Maybe because it was earlier in the day, and I was a bit fresher.Start Time: 2:45 pm; Workout Time: 53 minutes; Calories Burned: 286; Avg Heart Rate: 102.
