WEEK OF APRIL 27, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - ROUND 9 - WEEK 4

MONDAY - APRIL 27, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Recovery 4 Results

Even though this is a supposed " recovery" workout, you can push yourself a bit and still stay a bit mellow. I did that today and it worked out great.

Start Time: 7:10 pm; Workout Time: 38 minutes; Calories Burned: 193; Avg Heart Rate: 100. 


TUESDAY - APRIL 28, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Bun Shaper

I like this workout, except for the Eight Card Pickups. I got one set of those out of the way in the warmup to get it out of the way.

Start Time: 7:25 pm; Workout Time: 49 minutes; Calories Burned: 282; Avg Heart Rate: 104. 


WEDNESDAY - APRIL 29, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Diamond Delts

Short, concise workout. I went a bit faster than he did and finished up about a set ahead of him. All went well and I feel I got a good workout in.

Start Time: 6:15 pm; Workout Time: 36 minutes; Calories Burned: 199; Avg Heart Rate: 105.


THURSDAY - APRIL 30, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Fountain of Youth

This went OK. My balance wasn't great but I got through it. 

Start Time: 6:00 pm; Workout Time: 47 minutes; Calories Burned: 153; Avg Heart Rate: 92. 


FRIDAY - MAY 1, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Mammoth UML

I did this off the worksheet because I wanted to watch something on TV. I got it done pretty quickly without sacrificing anything. 

Start Time: 8:00 pm; Workout Time: 33 minutes; Calories Burned: 196; Avg Heart Rate: 106. 


SATURDAY - MAY 2, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Med Ball Core Cardio 

For some reason I was feeling really good for the workout. It seemed to go fast and was probably a bit above average.

Start Time: 5:40 pm; Workout Time: 36 minutes; Calories Burned: 203; Avg Heart Rate: 102. 



SUNDAY - MAY 3, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Killer Abs

Again, I did it off the worksheets as opposed to the video, but I took my time. It went ok, as usual.

Start Time: 10:20 pm; Workout Time: 24 minutes; Calories Burned: 117; Avg Heart Rate: 99.

The workouts generally went good. I'm still enjoying them.
