MONDAY - JANUARY 29, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Strength One
Back at it after four weeks off. I could have actual used more time off, but knew it was time. I like this workout. I used 40s on the Lawnmowers, 25s on the Rows, Band Pulldowns instead of Pullups, and Chest Presses (25s) instead of the Plank Crunches. It went OK.

TUESDAY - JANUARY 30, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Base Power
My balance was really bad. As usual, I had to modify most most, but today my range of motion was making worse. I even got a little light headed near the end.

WEDNESDAY - JANUARY 31, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Strength Two
I haven't really picked up a weigh in four weeks, so I wasn't feeling too strong. For the most part, I played it smart, but pushed myself to a higher weight a few times. My arms are shaking a bit afterwards.

THURSDAY - FEBRUARY 1, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Go With The Flow
My balance was really bad. I really struggled with the 12 move Warrior One section. Did what I could.

FRIDAY - FEBRUARY 2, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Everything, Every Muscle, All In One
I'm noticing I don't have a lot to say this week. I'm just doing the workouts. Nothing exceptional to speak about. Again, today's was run of the mill. I showed up. Got it done.

SATURDAY - FEBRUARY 3, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - The Big Sweat
I tried pushing myself on a few moves. It worked a bit, but I'm still limited on my balance and range of motion.

SUNDAY - FEBRUARY 4, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Long and Strong
I struggled with a stretch routine. That should tell you something. I just wasn't into it and wasn't flexible. I rushed a few of the moves just to get them done, especially the leg moves.

Weight: 163.6 (+1.6 lbs)
Body Fat: 15.2% (+1.0%)
Both a very big increases. I need to keep an eye on things.
THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEK
First week back after a four week layoff /rest. I just wasn't into it. Normally I feel good when returning. Not this week.
