TUESDAY - MAY 5, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Butt and Belly
One of my favorite workouts. Tony is in a goofy mood and that usually puts me in a good mood and makes the workout more fun. Even those Eight Card Pickup moves weren't bad. Smack it!

WEDNESDAY - MAY 6 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - On One Leg
I can't totally balance on one leg, so I tried to keep just a toe on the floor to keep myself from toppling. It worked on a lot of the moves. I did 12 reps with 20 lb dumbbells on most moves and it worked well. I think the 20's were heavy enough to be somewhat effective.

THURSDAY - MAY 7, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Patience Hummingbird (Yoga)
Shorter routine than most of his yoga workouts, and less vinyasas. It went OK. I can't say it was totally relaxing, but his yoga workouts rarely are for me. I wasn't very flexible today, which didn't help things.
