WEEK OF 11/13/2023 - POWERSYNC60 - Days 43-49

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2023 - POWERSYNC60 - Butt and Gut

I'm starting to get used to the flow of this one, and am not minding it so much. Of the 16 moves, there are only a few that I don't like (Donkey Kicks, Inch Worm, Head, Shoulder, Knees, Toe taps. They are do-able, however. Todays workout went pretty good.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2023 - POWERSYNC60 - HIIT Me Up

Not good today. It seems like there are too many plank moves, which I don't like. Then were a lot of standing moves where you need to move your feet quickly, and those are tough for me. I got through it, and didn't dog it, but overall it wasn't my best.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2023 - POWERSYNC60 - Long and Strong

I was more relaxed and flexible than usual today, and it felt pretty good. I only did this one a few days ago, so maybe that helped with things.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2023 - POWERSYNC60 - Everything, Every Muscle, All In One 

It went pretty well. My balance wasn't great, but my attitude was pretty good, so I did my best.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2023 - POWERSYNC60 - Go With The Flow 

A pretty good session. My mind was right. Felt good and relaxing.

Start Time: 8:50 pm; Workout Time: 58 minutes; Calories Burned: 308; Avg Heart Rate: 101.


SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2023 - POWERSYNC60 - The Big Sweat 

Again, one move at a time, and I got through it without too many problems. Not really a big sweat, but a bit winded. An OK workout.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2023 - POWERSYNC60 - Ancient Warrior 

I still get frustrated doing this thing. Not because it's hard to do, but because he has so many bullshit moves in it. Maybe if he didn't advertise it as a martial arts workout, I wouldn't have so much of a problem with it.
