MONDAY - MAY 4, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Core Ball Sandwich

I did band pull down movements instead of the pullups, which seemed to work out OK. The rest of the moves went fine. I went a bit faster than they did. Good workout.

One of my favorite workouts. Tony is in a goofy mood and that usually puts me in a good mood and makes the workout more fun. Even those Eight Card Pickup moves weren't bad. Smack it!
