TUESDAY - APRIL 28, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Butt and Belly
One of my favorite workouts. Tony is in a goofy mood and that usually puts me in a good mood and makes the workout more fun. Even those Eight Card Pickup moves weren't bad. Smack it!
