Nothing spectacular. I do like that it's a shorter workout, but sometimes it doesn't seem like it with this one. I'm not sure why.

Back to back with this one, today and tomorrow, It's by far my least favorite of the three yoga routines, but I got trough it fine, I just did it with a good attitude, which I'm finding really helps with this one.

Much better than yesterday. Again, I had a better attitude with it, but didn't fight with it as much as yesterday. I just let myself release my tension and breathe through it. I feel good about that.

I was getting a little frustrated wit it today. As mentioned, it's the shortest of the three, but it just seemed like the vinyasas would never end.

SATURDAY - JULY 4, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Fountain of Youth
Last workout of the round. I thought I would feel rushed in just trying to get it over with, but that wasn't the case. It wasn't totally stress free, but it was better than usual. I just took it one move at a time. A good way to finish.
