MONDAY - FEBRUARY 17, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Fountain of Youth (Yoga)
This is the last week of the round, and it's an all Yoga week. I didn't get off to a great start. I wasn't relaxed and couldn't wait for it to be over.
Time: 47 minutes; Calories Burned: 366; Avg Heart Rate: 108.
TUESDAY - FEBRUARY 18, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Patience Hummingbird (Yoga)
Same thing as yesterday. I had a lot of things on my mind, and just as yesterday, I couldn't wait for it to be over. At one point I was becoming so frustrated with trying to place my feet correctly that I also broke down in tears. Yoga is supposed to be relaxing, but I'm so un-coordinated with my lack of balance, that the frustration level is almost overwhelming.
Time: 36 minutes; Calories burned: 219; Avg Heart Rate: 98.
WEDNESDAY - FEBRUARY 19, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Yoga: MC2
This was a tough day for me. My cat, Frogger, passed way today. He was my best friend for the last fourteen years, and I'm going to miss him dearly. I don't think it's sunk in yet. I'm not a fan of this yoga workout, so I didn't know how I was going to get through it, but I thought about my buddy a lot, and somehow I finished it. I love you Bud. I always will.
Time: 66 minutes; Calories Burned: 521; Avg Heart Rate: 109.
THURSDAY - FEBRUARY 20, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Yoga: MC2
It was an emotional day, and doing the same workout as yesterday didn't help. I got through it OK, and even held one of the poses a little longer than I usually do, in tribute to my Buddy.
Time: 66 minutes; Calories Burned: 537; Avg Heart Rate: 110.
FRIDAY - FEBRUARY 21, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Patience Hummingbird (Yoga)
This is the shortest of the three One On One Yoga routines, and is also probably the most relaxing because of the slow pace. I still fight some of the moves, but it was a bit relaxing today.
Time: 36 minutes; Calories Burned: 228; Avg Heart Rate: 99.
SATURDAY - FEBRUARY 22, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Fountain Of Youth (Yoga)
Last workout of the Round. I filmed myself doing a few of the moves to possibly put on Facebook, maybe to inspire somebody else. When watching back, I see that my form isn't real pretty, especially on the Warrior moves, I'm not getting too deep. But, the important thing is I'm there, doing it.
Time: 47 minutes; Calories Burned: 371; Avg Heart Rate: 108.
SUNDAY - FEBRUARY 23, 2020 - Rest
SUNDAY WEIGH IN
Weight: 169.6 (no change)
Body Fat: 15.5% (+0,3%)
THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEK
It was a very tough week for me emotionally. The workouts were almost a blur, but I think I did OK.
THOUGHTS FOR THE ROUND
I actually gained two pounds, but I certainly increased my numbers over last round.I really like this program, and now consider it my soul mate program. Once again, the nutrition could have been a lot better, but.I'm happy with what I was able to accomplish.

WEEK OF 02/10/2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - ROUND 4 - WEEK 12
MONDAY - FEBRUARY 10, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - UBX
I was feeling exhausted when I got home from work. Mentally, and physically. I didn't know how I was going to get through this workout, but I knew somehow I would. I just started it and kept going. I improved my numbers on a few moves over those from two weeks ago. On the Shoulder Presses I did 30s-25s-20s again. I did 12 Chatarockers on both sets. Those are killers. Even though this is one of the toughest One On One workouts, I like it.
Time: 60 minutes; Calories Burned: 602; Avg Heart Rate: 123.
TUESDAY - FEBRUARY 11, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Core Synergistics: MC2
Ugh!! I counted at least seven out of the seventeen moves that require balancing on one leg, and since I can't balance on one leg, they were a bit frustrating, There are three sets of One Legged Burpees. One without a ball, one with a stability ball, and one with a medicine ball. A bit of overkill. Despite all that, there was only one move where I remember dogging it, and that was the side to side one legged lunges where you touched the ground with your opposite hand. I just went though the motions on that, with my free foot touching on all the reps. The warm-up is too long, as is the cool down, which I sat through. For the most part, though, I did what I could.
Time: 67 minutes; Calories Burned: 593; Avg Heart Rate: 114.
WEDNESDAY - FEBRUARY 12, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - V-Sculpt
I wanted to get back on track after yesterday's downer, so I didn't let myself overthink this one. This is one of my favorite workouts, so that made things easier. I increased some reps here and there, some on pull-ups, and some on the band moves. Then, on the last move. Down The Rack, I decided to start with 35's instead of the 30's I usually use. I struggled a bit, but I got them in. It was a good way to finish.
Time: 56 minutes; Calories Burned: 516; Avg Heart Rate: 117.
THURSDAY - FEBRUARY 13, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Yoga: MC2
I started out OK, but had other things on my mind. By the time I got to the 4th sequence, with about 16 minutes left, I was mentally done. From there on in, I did the moves I could do easily and went though the motions, or just sat through the ones I couldn't (like the Wrap).
Time: 66 minutes; Calories Burned: 438; Avg Heart Rate: 101.
FRIDAY - FEBRUARY 14, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - P.A.P.
This a definitely a different type of workout. There is about a 17 minute warm-up and a 10 minutes cool down, so the actual workout is only about 42 minutes. The moves aren't that tough, but you are constantly moving during that time, and you work up a good sweat. I used 25 lb weights on the Front to Back leg move in Complex One and also on the Push-up Rows in Complex Two. I held the Side Planks for 30 seconds on all but the last one, and held the 4 Ball Chaturanga's for 30 seconds all four times. It was something that happened after I was done, though, that made this a bit memorable. A few minutes after finishing I was walking around the house and felt my chest puff about a bit, and thought to myself "Wow! I did that!". It was a moment of pride, and a bit emotional. It's things like that that keep me going.
Time: 69 minutes: Calories Burned: 632; Avg Heart Rate: 115.
SATURDAY - FEBRUARY 15, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Stretch and Recovery
I remember struggling with this one two weeks ago, but that wasn't the case today. I'm still not super flexible with my hips and legs on the Mad Cow and Double Pigeon moves, but I was pretty good on most of the other ones. The time went really fast and I was pretty relaxed. It ended up being a really good workout.
Time: 69 minutes; Calories Burned: 399; Avg Heart Rate: 96.
SUNDAY - FEBRUARY 16, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - ARX2
I increased the reps on a few moves with no problems. I finished with 110 Bicycles.
Time: 45 minutes; Calories Burned: 289; Avg Heart Rate: 100.
SUNDAY WEIGH IN
Weight: 169.6 (-2.6 lbs)
Body Fat: 15.2% (-0.5%)
As predicted, I came back down to near where I was two weeks ago.
THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEK
This ends the resistance workouts for the round. My body is usually sore and achy, so the break from them is a bit needed. Other than those aches, I'm feeling pretty good. Certainly toned.

WEEK OF 02/03/2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - ROUND 4 - WEEK 11
MONDAY - FEBRUARY 3, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Chest, Back, and Balls
I did a few more reps than last time on a few moves. There was one pull-up moves where I did a few less. Overall, I think I'm doing OK, as this is a hard routine. I went a bit faster than he did after a while, and I think I finished about five moves ahead of him, but I wasn't doing nearly the amount of reps he was doing on the pull-ups. I know if I had gone slower than I had, I probably would have done even less reps, because my body would have cooled down a bit.
Time: 60 minutes; Calories Burned: 563; Avg Heart Rate: 117.
TUESDAY - FEBRUARY 4, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Plyocide
When I'm doing cardio, there's times when I dog a few moves when I'm getting a bit tired, when I'm trying to pace myself so I don't wear out, or when I simply don't like that particular move.. I tried not to do that today, and think I did OK at it.
Time: 66 minutes: Calories Burned: 521; Avg Heart Rate: 109.
WEDNESDAY - FEBRUARY 5, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Shoulders and Arms: MC2
I pushed myself a bit today. There were a lot of moves where I consciously tried to up my numbers from last time. On the Shoulder Presses two weeks ago, I used 35's, but didn't get a lot of reps in. Today, I used 30's on the first two sets, and did get a lot of reps in. On the third set I tried 35's again, but my form started getting bad quickly, so my rep count went down again. On the Seated Bicep Curls, I used 30's on the first set (12 reps), 35's on the second set (10 reps), then tried 40's on the third set (8 reps with pauses). Overall, I was happy with what I did.
Time: 58 minutes; Calories Burned: 583; Avg Heart Rate: 122.
THURSDAY - FEBRUARY 6, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Yoga: MC2
I started off feeling good for the first few minutes, but my balance today was horrible, so things got frustrating. The sheer length of this thing makes it worse.
Time: 66 minutes; Calories Burned: 452; Avg Heart Rate: 102.
FRIDAY - FEBRUARY 7, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Base and Back
Once again, I went at this one hard, to keep up the trend I've been on lately. I used my new pull-up bar. The cushy foam grips are certainly easier to grip, but I still found the weakness in my hand grip to be the problem with me diung more reps. I did a few more pull-ups here and there, but not as many more as I'd hoped for. I did 20 reps on each of the plyo moves on the first set, but then upped it to 25 on the second set. I usually don't do that. I'm not sure it tired me out more cardio wise, but I think my legs tired out a bit more. A good workout.
Time: 51 minutes; Calories Burned: 455; Avg Heart Rate: 114.
SATURDAY - FEBRUARY 8, 2020 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Total Body X
This is one of Tony's Upper-Cardio-Middle-Lower workouts. I never used to like it that much. There are only 16 moves, and in reality there are only a few moves I really don't like, notably the Spartan Squat Lunges and the Frog Burpee Squats. I got through it OK.
Time: 42 minutes; Calories Burned: 351; Avg Heart Rate: 112.
SUNDAY - FEBRUARY 9, 2020 - TONY HORTON ON ONE - ARX2
I got through everything OK, but I felt it.
Time: 45 minutes; Calories Burned: 269; Avg Heart Rate: 97.
SUNDAY WEIGH IN
Weight: 172.2 (+2,2 lbs)
Body Fat: 15.7% (_0.2%)
A big gain. I'm not sure where it came from.
THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEK
I weny at most of te workouts pretty hard this week. I'm sore and I;m starting to wear down a bit. I'm hoping the weight gain was an aberration. Usually when I get big gains or losses in a week, they go back down to where I was the previous week.
