TUESDAY - JUNE 24, 2025 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Butt and Belly
I got one of the 8 card pickup moves out of the way early. The rest went well. Except for the 8 card move, I like this workout.

WEDNESDAY - JUNE 25, 2025 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - On One Leg
Again, I can't balance, so that part goes out the window. I used 20's on all moves and just did the moves with both feet on the floor, or maybe keeping just a toe on the floor when I was able to do that.

THURSDAY - JUNE 26, 2025 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Patience Hummingbird Yoga
This is one of the shorter yoga workouts that Tony does, but it seemed to take forever. Holding those moves for longer periods time was mentally excruciating.

FRIDAY - JUNE 27, 2025 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Ten Minute Crusher Pack
Instead on using the chin-up bar for hanging moves, which are pretty much useless to me, I came up with alternative moves on the floor. It seemed to workout well, and I think I got more out of it, but I still have to hone in on what alternate moves to.

Not great, but cardio never is, because it's tough for me to jump around. I really wasn't dogging it, but just doing what I could, which I guess is all you can ask.

I normally go faster than he does on this one. Today I went at the same pace, and it seemed a bit harder, especially on The Gate move.
