MONDAY - October 27, 2025 - THE POWER OF 4 - Triple Trouble Challenge

32 Pushups. 16 Band Pulldowns. No problems with either. A good, solid, workout.

TUESDAY - October 28, 2025 - THE POWER OF 4 - Flash Card Plyo

Nothing major. Some usual stumbling and bumbling. Frustration about not being able to go full blast

Start Time: 5:55 pm; Workout Time: 43 minutes; Calories Burned: 233; Avg Heart Rate: 102 .


WEDNESDAY - October 29, 2025 - THE POWER OF 4 - Shoulders an Arms Recharge

I used the same weights as usual. I guess that's not really pushing myself, but I'm also worried about hurting myself. Another solid workout, though.

THURSDAY - October 30, 2025 - THE POWER OF 4 - Don't Skip Yoga

I got through it OK. Took it one move at a time. Bad balance.

Start Time: 5:50 pm; Workout Time: 67 minutes; Calories Burned: 283; Avg Heart Rate: 97.


FRIDAY - October 31, 2025 - THE POWER OF 4 - Primal Flow

In my mind, I thought it was Drop, Pulse, and Hold day. I wasn't looking forward to that long of a workout. I actually started the video, but when I went to mark my workout sheets, I realized it was Primal Flow. This might be my least favorite workout, the the fact it was 15 to 20 minutes shorter than "Drop" made it more appealing. My attitude was better than usual, and I did OK. I still have problems with a few of the "Beast" moves. Even though I'm low to the floor, I lose my balance when I'm rotating on my feet.
