For the next several weeks (or months), I'll be doing a set schedule of Cardio Exercises, until I feel my body has healed itself to the point of starting Round 7.
For now, my Weekly Schedule will be as Follows:
Monday - Plyometrics
Tuesday - Interval X Plus
Wednesday - Kenpo Cardio Plus
Thursday - Yoga X
Friday - Cardio X
Saturday - Kenpo X
Sunday - Rest
