MONDAY - JUNE 30, 2025 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Upper Body Balance
Tough workout. I actually got in two of the "Impossible Pushups" without wedging the stability ball against the couch. I just took it one move at a time and got it done. My range of motion wasn't great at times, but I at least tried.Start Time: 7:00 pm; Workout Time: 53 minutes; Calories Burned:291; Avg Heart Rate:103.
TUESDAY - JULY 1, 2025 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - On One Leg For Legs
Very bad. My balance was worse than horrible. I really noticed it on the second move, the Half Moon Lunges, where I couldn't even begin to lean over to put my hand on the floor. I just kind of gestured. The Pumpers were also noticeably worse than last time. On a lot of moves I held onto a chair, just so I could get some range of motion. I think I'm going to try and modify somehow next time, so I can at least get something out of it. Maybe adding some weights where I can.

WEDNESDAY - JULY 2, 2025 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Back and Belly
This one isn't as tough for me because I'm doing Band Pulldowns instead to actual Pullups, but they still work me a bit. I did OK on the ab moves.
