WEEK OF MAY 18, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - ROUND 9 - WEEK 7

MONDAY - MAY 18, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Core Ball Sandwich

I did this one without the video and just went off the worksheet. I think the pace went well. I improvised band pulldowns instead of pullups.

TUESDAY - MAY 19, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Butt and Belly

A good workout. I'm getting used to the Eight Card Pickups.

WEDNESDAY - MAY 20, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - On One Leg

I did this one off the worksheet, and may have gone too fast. Because I can't balance on one leg, I just lifted my heel a bit and tried to balance on my toe. It worked a bit, sometimes better than others. I used 20 lb weights with 12 reps on each move (except for the 21's). I've turned this thing into a useful workout..

THURSDAY - MAY 21, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Patience Hummingbird

It started good, then leveled out a bit. Overall, probably better than normal.

FRIDAY - MAY 22, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - 10 Minute Crusher Pack

This came at the right time. I played golf this morning and was a bit tired, so a quicker workout was welcome. I did all the ab moves on my back because I can't do anything of value on the pullup bar. The legs and shadow boxing areas were good but not great.

SATURDAY - MAY 23, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Cardio Intervals

Not good. It started OK, but my legs got tired quickly and my balance was horrible. It was frustrating, but it is what it is.

SUNDAY - MAY 24, 2026 - TONY HORTON ONE ON ONE - Iso Abs

Again, I did it without the video. I was feeling it.

THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEK

I caved on some cookies, so I'm disappointed in myself. The workouts went well. I'm feeling toned.
