WEEK OF 6/16/2014 - REST
I'm still under the weather with a cold. I went to work today (Monday) and left after 30 minutes. I'm simply exhausted, have no energy or appetite, and simply feel doing these workouts is going to set me back even further. I'm going to take the entire week off, relax, let my body get back to normal, and will get back at it (continuing where I left off) starting next Monday.
SUNDAY WEIGH IN
Weight: 193.2 (-2.0 lbs)
Body Fat: 21.0 (-0.6%)
I thought I'd actually put on some weight because of not working out, so I'm very surprised. I didn't have much of an appetite most of the week, so maybe that had something to do with it.
