WEEK OF 02/26/2024 - POWERSYNC60/MOTOWN EXPRESS - WEEK 5

MONDAY - FEBRUARY 26, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Strength One

This is a good mid-intensity workout. I've done longer ones, but this will get it done, and I do like it. It goes quickly. I did the usual amount of reps with the usual weights. I can always increase the weights in the future.

TUESDAY - FEBRUARY 27, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Butt and Gut

Got through it. Nothing exceptional.

Start Time: 7:10 pm; Workout Time: 44 minutes; Calories Burned: 226; Avg Heart Rate: 97.


WEDNESDAY - FEBRUARY 28, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Strength Two

I probably used heavier weights than last time on a few moves. Good workout.

Start Time: 8:15 pm; Workout Time: 41 minutes; Calories Burned: 256; Avg Heart Rate: 108.


THURSDAY - FEBRUARY 29, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Go With The Flow

My mind was elsewhere during the workout. It went OK.

FRIDAY - MARCH 1, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - HIIT Me Up

On a scale from 1 to 10, my intensity was about a two. I don't like this workout. I even sat through the cool down. That's how low my interest was.

SATURDAY - MARCH 2, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Ancient Warrior

Again, not my favorite workout because there are a few tough moves involving burpees, but I did what I do, and got through it OK.

SUNDAY - MARCH 3, 2024 - POWERSYNC60 - Mindful Breath

Not much to say. I've gotten more out of this routine in past sessions, but today's was OK.

Weight: 163.8 (+0.6 lbs)
Body Fat: 14.7% (-0.2%)

I'm happy about the body fat decrease.


THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEK

Not too many thoughts. I got the workouts done. Can't say too much more.
