ROUND 7
I'm starting the Round at 176.9 lbs and 22.7% body fat.
I'll be mixing the P90X+ Workouts into the Classic Schedule in a way that means I'll never be doing the same exact weeks back to back. I'll be doing my Modified Cardio X routine (skip the Yoga section, do Kenpo, Plyo, Core sections, then repeat them) instead of Kenpo X during the Recovery weeks, and I'll only be doing AbRipper X or Abs/Core Plus on Sundays, not three times during the week.
My schedule for the Round:
WEEKS 1, 3, 9 - CLASSIC PHASE 1 WEEK
Mon - Chest and Back
Tue - Plyometrics
Wed - Shoulders and Arms
Thu - Yoga X
Fri - Legs and Back
Sat - Kenpo X
Sun - Ab Ripper X
WEEKS 2, 6, 10, 12 - PLUS WEEK
Mon - Upper Plus
Tue - Interval X Plus
Wed - Total Body Plus
Thu - Yoga X
Fri - Upper Plus (Wks 2,10) or Total Body Plus (Wks 6,12)
Sat - Kenpo Cardio Plus
Sun - Abs/Core Plus
WEEKS 5, 7, 11 - CLASSIC PHASE 2 WEEK
Mon - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Tue - Plyometrics
Wed - Back and Biceps
Thu - Yoga X
Fri - Legs and Back
Sat - Kenpo X
Sun - Ab Ripper X
WEEKS 4, 8, 13 - RECOVERY WEEK
Mon - Yoga X
Tue - Core Synergistics
Wed - Cardio X (Modified)
Thu - X Stretch
Fri - Core Synergistics
Sat - Yoga X
